Under the authority in Title 28 U.S.C., Section 2001 and 2002, the property described will be sold pursuant to the Order of Sale entered on September 9, 2019 (as amended on November 21, 2019, and July 29, 2022) in the case of United States of America v. William Phillip Jackson, et.al., Civil No. 3:16-CV-05096-BCW, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Terms of Sale
The forfeited personal property is not subject to a minimum bid requirement. The successful bidder(s) shall be required to full pay the bid amount at the time of sale with the Internal Revenue Service Property Appraisal and Liquidation Specialist. The United States may bid as a creditor against its judgment without any tender of cash.

The government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw the property from sale.

A complete copy of the Order of Sale and all terms thereof may be obtained at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. The Clerk of the District Court shall distribute the proceeds of the sale.

The property is offered for sale “as is” and “where is” and without recourse against the United States. The United States makes no guaranty or warranty condition of the property, or its fitness for any purpose. The United States will not consider any claim for allowance or adjustment or for the rescission of the sale based on failure of the property to comply with any expressed or implied representation.

The sale is ordered in accordance with 28 U.S.C. Section 2001 and 2002 and is made without the right of redemption.

All payments must be by Certified or Cashier’s Check made payable to the United States District Court of Western District of Missouri.
